My top 10 films of all time My top 10s for decades from 1950s to 2020s Directors' filmographies ranked (at least 4 films of theirs watched) Even though my rating distribution may imply that I love virtually every single film I watch, the reality is that I tend to watch highly regarded films and ones that I'm already interested in. Every human being should see *Koyaanisqatsi*. That's why I watched this with my grandma and she liked it quite a lot I think. Still the best documentary I've seen.

I knew *Funny Games* would be quite a shocker but it still blew me away. Haneke is such a great director and he hasn't let me down yet. I especially loved the meta elements in this. They somehow make the whole thing a lot more disturbing and real to a degree that I started thinking about if this could really happen to me. But ultimately the acting performances are the force that's able to lift the entire film to another level.

This made me google about drugs similar to the one in *Limitless*. I don't think that's a very good message... Still this a fun and corny smooth-brain movie. Thus, the ig reels about *Limitless* make sense because this is almost as much of a dopamine dose as those short form videos.

Although *How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies* isn't an artistically profound work, it works quite well as a lighthearted and sincere socially aware drama comedy. It's also successful at bringing out emotions from the viewer without being too manipulative. Due to the average rating being exceptionally high, I was expecting a bit more. I don't really understand how this sits almost in the top 100 of all time, but this isn't the only instance where the average rating of a beloved new release feels a bit out of place...
