lwk, still get everything the main dude does, but he should have more emotion, sure he's emotionally drained or whatever. his performance is just a lil flat for me, I love how it was written and directed. If i knew how to bring my son back to life, even knowing the consequences, i would try, for the SLIM SLIM chance he comes back (not just son, any family)

As an Evil Dead glazer, there are few issues with the original 2 that I have, and it's the humour, in two it's to much, and in this is subdued and mean. The gore, don't get me started on it, it looked great, i loved how it made my physically ill watching it. The plot, sure has some issues compared to the previous, but hey it's Evil Dead, they all have mediocre plots and all retcon each other. But i liked the story even through its issues. The characters are alright, all the important characters have growth. The characters aren't really too important for the franchise (for the movie they are). No one beats the king Anyway, who cares what i critically think about the film, cause it was fun, gnarly and disgusting. Enjoy the film, go see it in theatres!
