I haven’t seen his entire body of work but David Fincher is without a doubt my favorite director and this film may just be my favorite of his yet. His stylized visuals and tone make for incredibly captivating storytelling and his screenplays are always air tight. This movie does those things to the max and miraculously zips right through the 2 hour 40 minute run time. Jake gyllenhal is also stellar in this movie and mark ruffalo and rdj keep up great.
