Very underrated Christmas movie. Really interesting characters in this one. STRONG 4 star rating, would be 4.5 but unfortunately has some boring moments, but still very damn good nonetheless.Satoshi Kon is goated.

IT'S BASED ON A TRUE STORY??? You don't get to put me through all that heartbreak and misery and then in the credits say it's all real as a Sampha song plays and I sit in shock.Also maybe my brain is cooked but whenever Steve Carrel shouted all I could hear was Gru from Despicable Me

Crazy how this is my favourite movie and I’ve seen it like at least 10 times but every viewing feels different and is always terrifying.
