Bubble Boy

Another cinematic masterpiece, although it does not quite reach the heights of Hannah Montana: The Movie it is a valiant effort and falls in at a close second. This film is the definition of an epic journey. Since the release of this film, Homer has only appeared again in public once, caught by the paparazzi cowering in shame. He knew the moment this film graced our theatres that Bubble Boy had just stolen the crown that The Odyssey once held as the world's greatest epic. Watching the harrowing story of young Jimmy Livingston confined to a plastic bubble his whole life is bound to bring a tear to the eye of even the most psychopathic viewer. This crucial piece of history combines romance, tragedy, disease, plastic, and the declaration of independence to create a viewing experience that is so visceral it has left thousands of theatres pantsless. After an incredible run of six years straight in theatres worldwide, seven broadway musical adaptations, and eight academy award wins it may be time for a bubble boy reboot, from the masterful minds of the creators of Hannah Montana: The Movie.
