Flow

A cat joins unlikely friends on a journey to escape the rising flood waters sounds so simple and yet it is one of the most immersive, well written, and animated films I've ever seen. I keep coming back to it because it tugs at my emotions like no other. It's open to interpretation on so many levels and being dialogue free helps that. My cats perk up every time I put it on and enjoy watching it as much as I do. It has its own unique storyline but if I had to compare it to other films I'd say its like watching Homeward Bound and Life of Pi. It deserves every award and more. A must watch.
