The New Pope

Voiello you are the fucking goat FORZA NAPOLI I'm not a fan of most of Sorrentino's work but I do happen to really like stories about cardinals so I still enjoyed these two mini-series. The Young Pope is slightly better received but I prefer the New Pope by a mile, as I've found the first series to be tedious at times and I really liked the more comically absurd tone of the latter. I also cannot bring myself to care for Jude Law's character in this, even though the entire series is built around him I still preferred the secondary characters (seriously, I would watch 10 seasons of Voiello, Assente and Cavallo).
