Columbus

Architecture as silent witnesses This was such a special movie, I can’t think of any other film where a young protagonist is interested in architecture.    This movie falls into my favourite camp/genre of slow camerawork lingering on minute/mundane objects/spaces and I suddenly feel a newfound lust for life and I want to look at everything more tenderly.  Columbus actually looks like such a fun place to visit.
