CODA
This movie deserves winning picture of the year. I don’t know what much more to say besides it’s really well put together, and it tells a great story in a cute way. I’m all about better representation for deaf people and this movie is a cool way to do it, in that it humanizes deaf people while also spotlighting some of their biggest dilemas. The actions of the main characters are super believable which lends itself to touching and funny moments, sometimes at the same time. Loved this one.
