Saving Private Ryan

Honestly will always be one of, if not, my favourite movie(s).  I somehow manage to sob everytime, no matter how hard I try not to. It had a good amount of different characters and they were all so developed and well written, it’s almost impossible to not feel bad for them. They each had an insane amount of development which is no wonder considering what they go trough, but the movie makes you feel each of their ending trough your bones, really. The final “fight” is just absolutely insane in every way. It has so much emotional depth and power and that’s really when this movie literally physically hits you in the face.  And of course once you manage to survive that, there is the graveyard scene to just shoot you and kiss your forehead before saying goodbye.
