The Holiday

*"It's Christmas Eve and we are going to go celebrate being young and being alive." * holy crap. no joke this was one of the best romance movies i've ever seen. The chemistry, to the wardrobe, to the overall feel of the movie was just wonderful! I do have to say before I watched this movie, I was quite skeptical on the pairing of Kate Winslet & Jack Black, but wow do I think now they were such a perfect pair. I think these characters completed each other in way I really haven't seen before. It seemed so relaxed and comfortable to the point It just made 100% percent on why these characters were written to end up together. Okay Cameron Diaz & Jude Law were absolutely perfect. I loved the dynamic of the challenged emotionally girl & the in touch with his emotions guy. When we saw Amanda cry at the end when leaving Graham, that's when we knew that she was so in love that those emotions that she once locked away finally broke away. One final thing on them, is that I love the dynamic between Amanda and Grahams kids, it was so nurturing without even trying. This was a 10/10 experience from the beginning to end, I loved how everyone's stories wrapped up, and it's safe to say i will be watching this during the holidays annually!
