To see this movie on the big screen, knowing what happens from having watched it before, surrounded by some unfamiliar with the intricacies of this revenge most gruesome is rare.
After a point it becomes unnerving. The beauty of the execution in a fight with the cruelty. A piece of brilliance. A disgusting piece. Fascinating. Gripping. Yet telling a story that you do not want to see. Tragic. Disgusting. Not something to watch often. Yet, like one moviegoer put it so simple yet elegantly: "I get why this might be someone's favourite."
