Hamnet

The ending had me crying, it was so emotional and bittersweet. I feel like when Anne visited the Globe and finally saw Shakespeare in his own play, she understood & saw him properly. I also think at the very end when everyone holds their hands up to hamlet was when Anne came to terms with Hamnet's death and accepted it. The music was also absolutely amazing. Hamnet's actor did also carry the whole movie. His talent is absolutely jaw dropping. I generally did enjoy it and found it very moving, however for me it did take an hour or so into the movie to become interested. I feel like in the first hour nothing significant happened. For me the last hour was when I was truly into it.
