Watchmen

It's so refreshing when a piece of media is not afraid of tackling a subject matter and execute it so powerfully without seeming repetitive, like the countless 'The Help'/ 'Greenbook' - like movies. I know it probably got some hate for it's aproach which is why so many shows, movies etc. just sprinkle a little bit of human rights in their story but this shows smacks you in the face with it, and tells you to sit down and listen. Definitely had a few problems, it just felt too short for me, i geuss. As someone who has never read the graphic novel or even watched the earlier snyder film (i plan to do both) i just wanted to sit with the characters a bit....but i get it, thats not what it's about. But let's not forget how cool this shit is nonetheless. Definitely inspiration fuell for aspiring sci-fi esque writer/directors. Good to see so much care go into a tv sereis (mini)
