Burlesque
If I could put more than 5 stars I would. This movie changed every aspect of my life. Burlesque is one of the most beautiful forms of sex work in my opinion, and I love how all of dancers working at the burlesque club in this move do it out of passion not necessity. There’s one gripe I have with this movie tho. WHY DID WE NEED A LOVE TRIANGLE AND THAT STUPID LOVE STORY. I don’t care about the mediocre bar tender who cheats on his fiancé ( loved the Diana Agron cameo tho). This movie would’ve been so much better without the stupid love triangle shit. It could’ve just been a movie of a Women escaping her toxic job and embracing her sexuality and passions. Anyways there should be more movies about burlesque and there should be more movies about pinups but irrelevant really.
