Nosferatu
The set design and wardrobe in this movie are so meticulously done, every little detail in the background adds so much to the atmosphere. The accents all felt on point, and the acting across the board was amazing. I could literally feel Nicholas’s terror coming through the screen. But honestly, Lily Rose Depp is the one who truly stands out. She’s unreal at expressing trauma—it’s raw and so real. The film isn’t overly grotesque, but that’s what makes it feel even more grounded and unsettling. Bill Skarsgard just disappears into his role.
It’s one of those films that stays with you, not just for its eerie tone, but for how it subtly builds tension without needing to rely on heavy-handed effects. I could see this becoming a classic in the horror genre, just like its predecessor. It’s a perfect blend of eerie, subtle, and deeply unsettling.
