call it glazing i don’t care, this shit is a masterpiece to me this is just such a beautifully emotional story via fantastic sci-fi exploration and supported by visuals that, even on a rewatch, blow my mind. i completely see peoples perspective about the message of “love” coming from the only female crew member but i honestly dig how seamlessly that scene encapsulates the theme of the entire film so i give that questionable choice a bit more leniency  thank you regal for putting this back up on the big screen yet again
