Logan
Synopsis: Logan is old as balls and so is Charles and they live together, along with Caliban who is the best, in a worn down shed thing in Mexico. Charles has seizures that freeze the people around him and apparently killed some mutants in Westchester. Daniel Pierce, a cowboy tootin’ villain, is on the hunt for Logan, actually his genetic reproduced daughter. This girl, Laura, was a part of an Alkali experiment where young children were made in a land to be mutants. These mutants are the only new mutants being created. The three of them go on a road trip from Mexico to North Dakota to reunite Laurie with her people. Many, many people die along the way.
This is far and away the best X-Men related movie. It’s gritty, violent, funny because Charles is a loon, sad, and very good. I like the road trip format and I like the villain and I like that they mention the comic books a lot. I don’t like X-24, I don’t feel like he was necessary and he just looks goofy. I also am not a fan of how Pierce dies, and how all of the innocent people die too, but other than that there are no complaints.
