Before Sunrise

Before Sunrise is such a bittersweet film with beautiful scenery and two excellent performances by the leads. Ethan Hawke is a dialogue expert although I found myself connecting to Julie Deply’s character Celine’s outlook on life more. The film makes you feel so connected but alone throughout. There is no doubt in my mind if I was Jesse I would drop everything and move to Paris. One critique would be Ethan Hawke doesn’t need to put his entire body into pinball.
