Gladiator

Greatest movie made on Roman empire so far, the 35mm film did its job the set was perfect. this movie is epitome of a 35mm movie it makes it look old with that old movie shot. Joaquin phoenix was phenomenal he portrayed commodus in such a pure evil way. I personally started hating on the actor which shows what a good of an actor phoenix is. Overall proper pacing, build up for one massive plot and the ending won me completely got the empire but at what cost.
