Dark Remains
Your daughter gets brutally killed in your house while you’re there, there’s no signs of a break-in, how the hell are you not primary suspects? How are you even allowed to just move out like that so soon, was the investigation closed by then? It didn’t look like it, especially when later on a character (jokingly, I think, but still) accuses the husband of being the killer. Did I miss something?
Next. The husband was acting really weird for no reason. He kept having problems with the most random stuff? For example wife is trying to just go out and take some photos, as photographers do, she tells him about her idea, and he immediately goes “but you don’t use the flashlight!”, “you don’t do collages!”…? Okay… now she does!!!
I can understand that the purpose of this was to show that she’s acting off and that he’s worried for her, but… experimenting with your art is perfectly normal? Like what 😭
The injuries that the characters did or did not survive felt super inconsistent too, and yeah, sorry, but it does take away from my enjoyment by a ton, how did the husband survive but Julie didn’t? Ugh!!
But I liked the vibe of the ending, even if infuriating
Also one guy had a belt bucket with a knife hidden in it. So fucking cool. Where do I get one like that
