Training Day

“King Kong ain’t got shit on me” Denzel Washington is comedy gold in this and his performance is staggering.  Why was that third act sensational for like literally no reason. The first act was also straight fire. It’s the middle which was wasn’t perfect - which can’t make it a 5/5. The middle was great don’t get me wrong but the sequence when they go to that apartment with the aunt and child, I thought was a bit lacklustre, it could have been better if maybe he planted some drugs, but in the end, I thought only coming away with the money was a bit of a let down. Overall, insanely good movie, and my only negative is just a nit-pick.
