Very good sequel to the original pirates movie. Slower start than the last one and I don’t think it’s as good a plot as the first one but it sets up the third movie good. Was extremely bumped up when the kraken appeared however I don’t like the ending with her betraying sparrow

Probably crazy biased. But this movie makes you realise hooooow popular Michael was. Even though I already knew. Some parts were dimmed down I guess because they want children to be able to watch it. But it missed some parts I would’ve liked such as a deeper dive onto Michael’s psyche and they gave way too much screen time to his father. Also big big hatred that they didn’t show the bts making of bad.

Amazing pirate movie. Probably the most perfect intro to a movie trilogy. Gives you everything you want in a pirate movie
