houses can hold so much love but also so much sadness. this movie holds so much love but also so much sadness. maybe i will have something more to say when i’m not crying a strange mixture of tender relief but also deep sadness.  beautiful, thoughtful, reflective, heartbreaking and healing. i feel strangely seen and comforted and understood. amazing performances, especially from stellan skarsgard. beautiful to watch, the scenes are so thoughtfully executed from the visuals to the music.  receiving the piano teacher as a gift at 7 is diabolical i laughed so hard
