The Master

A complex character study of control and the need to be free. Joaquin Phoenix delivers one of the greatest performances of his career. Phillip Seymour Hoffmann is fantastic as usual. Johnny Greenwood blesses the screen and my ears with his musical talents. The Master is an incredible film which is further proof why PTA is a master of his craft.
