The Devil Wears Prada

oh my dream job is to get into the fashion industry. i don’t care if i start as an assistant, but after watching this i have to think about it twice ;) anne hathaway and Meryl Streep gave such good performances here that i got genuinely annoyed with miranda, but at the same time she’s actually kind of a caring person deep down. the film really shows how exhausting and toxic the fashion industry can be, especially when ambition starts taking over your whole life. i really love fashion movie and this is definitely one of my favorites. it just makes me feel so comfy no matter how stressful the story gets. one of those movies i would absolutely rewatch again and again. i watched this because there’s going to be a second film, and i’m REALLY looking forward to it. please don’t flop.
