Spirited Away

What a high majority of the audiences consider to be the greatest Miyazaki movies made till date, spirited away takes a look at Chihiro’s adventure as she deals with many new emotions and feelings. Upon my first viewing of this film, I was not buying the hype surrounding it. But after returning to this movie after a year and watching it under a different light, I understand the message and thematic symbols Miyazaki was trying to present, Love triumphs all. Along with beautifully drawn animations and a stunning score, Miyazaki’s Spirited Away remains as one of the greatest animated movies ever made.
