Arrival

"Despite knowing the journey and where it leads, I embrace it. And I welcome every moment of it." This film does the sci-fi genre so much justice, from the pacing to the cinematography, it’s just perfection. The concept of time and language being interconnected is so mind blowing to me and I loved the way the director challenges the idea of the ‘linear experience of time’. The aliens were ugly asf tho.
