Jurassic Park III

I am taking one star off because of Amanda :) I am taking the .5 off because THE STUPID DIRECTORS DIDNT LET ALAN AND ELLIE BE TOGETHER though, I will say, with Dominion having fixed that this is almost better?? Like there’s something so tragic and gut wrenching about Ellie watching Alan drive off and the way Alan talks about how he can always rely on Ellie. Like they’re literally still in love so it’s a whole right person wrong time scenario and it’s made better by knowing they eventually get back together. BUT STILL .5 OFF BECAUSE IF I WAS WATCHING THAT IN THEATERS I WOULDVE THROWN HANDS?? like no way the intro scene makes it seem like they’re married just for Ellie’s husband to show up like that was SICK. But I did really love this a lot more than I expected to so :)
