I swear kubrick is just flexing what he can do here. This mfer was out their making movies like this in 68'. The visuals are breathtaking. The plot for that time was unique but not to complicated. This movie was amazing but still I dont find it his best. I think this was the step up for Lyndon. In Lyndon he combined the visual skill he showed here woth greater writing and plot.

I think this is one of the best movies that portrays gang wars. Not those where they imo glorify the whole thing. The pure brutal scenes in this movie is what makes it so good. The storytelling imo is very well done I didnt miss one bit and easily understood everything The movie also shows the reality ans that hits hard the fact that kids get used never gets mentioned in any other movies. This was really sth

Wong has such a dreamy way of making movies and I love it. Imo this is better than falling angels. Both stories are handled so well. Aint nobody able to portray loneliness like Wong can. Also I need the number of the food stand that mfer be putting everyone on game.
