Obsession

This is what cinema is about, i probably wont want to watch this ever again but its because the movie does what it wants in such a good way. Im not the biggest horror enjoyer myself, but this movie gave me everything i needed from it to enjoy it soooo much. Its packed with scences that will stick with me, the characters feel alive and real in their dialogue. I had moments in which i felt physically sick by the things unfolding on screen. It essentially put me into a spot, in which i felt like i was trapped under rubble with pressure building up inside of my chest. Coping only through some sort of chuckle or laughter. Finding myself going through all these emotions reminded me of what cinema can be, especially after watching the disappointing Disclosure Day. In addition to that, the theather i was at was packed for the night. What was throwing me of, where the reactions of the people at the screening. There where people laughing out loud at scences that didnt seem that funny to me. I think it added to the experience and filled the room with a uncanny vibe, which in my opinion fitted the movie and made for an even more memorable moviegoing experience.
