I think I prefer the first movie over the second, probably because my glorious, beautiful, intelligent son fucking dies in the second movie..... But anyways I like that they made the characters more morally aligned than in the book and that Beverly isnt a pick me anymore, but here she actually embodies the fears linked to femininity! Period, attractiveness, being reduced to your body etc etc. On top of that I liek that Rickie's fear is his coming out, my poor son 🙁🙁🙁
