The Terminator

“Come with me if you want to live.”  I feel like I'm the only one who views this as a horror movie. I know it's categorized as an action sci-fi thriller, but I feel like horror should be in that mix as well. James Cameron created something amazing here; it hits all the genres it falls under on all cylinders. This story is great, and it flows very well. Arnold is actually terrifying as the Terminator. The rest of the performances are also great, such as Michael Biehn as Kyle Reese and Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor. This score is fantastic; to me, it's one of the best film scores. Also, Arnold's bare ass, dong, and being eyebrow-less jump scares. James Cameron is out here warning us about AI, but we aren't listening. Favs from the 1980s
