Poor Things

After watching The Favourite (2018), i was excited to see this and I am not disappointed. This movie is super fucking bizarre but it works. The use of the fisheye lens is great. The switches of color in this thing is awesome. The sky in the colored scenes are fantastical looking. I love the themes of self discovery and adolescence. The acting in this movie is incredible. The acting feels real and there isn't a second of disbelief. The characters are interesting and make for some good comedy. I'm still thinking about this after leaving the theater.
