had to buy the disc from japan but totally worth it  it feels like a lot of different things (yang, hong, etc) but most feels like hamaguchi—i can see the threads with drive my and passion for example  he’s an amazing director but i am most taken by his writing both in its realness but also the slight surrealistic turns he takes
