Oh my gosh. We are so back. This kdrama hits all marks that I’ve missed from dramas these days. They just don’t make them like this anymore I swear this has the peak 2016-2018 feel to it. Probably the best one all year even. These days are a hit or miss tbh, 2016 was just banger after banger and i need them to keep up this energy fr I haven’t been this excited over a kdrama in a long time. ITS ALL IM THINKING ABOUT HELP I CANT BE NORMAL ABOUT THIS Yeah it’s cringy and corny sometimes? but that’s the charm to a good kdrama tbh, it’s not too overdone for the most part and it’s really funny. I don’t think I went a single episode without laughing to death i swear. It also has a unique plot which checks out as it’s based on a webtoon. Even though it’s a romcom there’s the aspects of mystery/thriller looped into it which is how most of my faves are too. Sadness too, they do well with balancing alol the different emotional aspects. And the CHEMISTRY?? I’ve seen most of the cast in other shows so I was going in with high hopes but they exceeded all my expectations actually. Especially Byeon Wooseok. I think this is the first kdrama i’ve watched where he’s the male lead? Not counting 20th century girl. I fear I’m in love with him actually 😀 also he can sing too???? leave some talent for the rest of us i’m begging u🙏🏻🙏🏻 on that note the OST?? Ate. I expected nothing less. I desperately need the album OKAY AND THE ENDING !!!! THEY NAILED THE ENDING! Wrapped everything up nicely, didn’t drag it on for too long or add some unnecessary last minute things! I fr hope writers take notes and continue dropping bangers like this one. Overall I love this show everything is great and I don’t think I’ll ever recover bc they just don’t make them this fire anymore. Definitely up there on the list of my faves
