Jumanji
Just passed the 30th anniversary of this wonderful film.
Might have to put this in my top 4. This film was so pivotal to me falling in love with film, and board games!
It’s nearly perfect in my eyes. I almost get emotional thinking about still watching it all these years later. From a kid to now.
A strong message, a great surprising ending, an endearing score and it just looks like a million bucks (besides some cgi)
Why don’t they light movies like this? Compared to today’s blockbusters, there’s shots in this movie that legit look like pieces of art. When I think of movies that “feel like a movie” this is it. This is the adventure I crave.
Robin ♥️ he’s like an uncle to me.
I can gush about this for hours. The new films are fun, but they don’t have the warm feeling this movie does.
