Buffalo '66

Unrelated to this review but I used to have nightmares about Vincent Gallo because his face freaked me out. His eyes scared me.  I started crying! I’m sorry—he’s literally just a lost little boy. His parents’ house was just so heartbreaking and I feel so bad for Billy. Layla was such a sweetheart too I’m just so devastated by this movie. I’m a mess!! Maybe I’ll write a longer review later but oh my god this was so good. When he called his best friend to tell him that he’s his best friend. And the way he still thinks about his awful parents even though they’ve been so mean to him. Billy and Layla in the motel bed was actually the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever seen. He’s so lost oh my god. And she cared for him so much even though he’s so mean to her. I feel so bad for him. And her. Oh my god. I know Vincent Gallo sucks but god. Christina Ricci did PHENOMENAL. I really like how they showed his past in those frames and how they all pieced together. I’m an emotional wreck oh my god this was so good.
