Inside Out

one of my ultimate favorite movies :) i always make the joke that this movie was made for me. due to the fact that im also riley, from minnesota, had her same haircut for most of my life, and struggled with emotions for as long as i can remember  besides that, i think this is overall one of the best and smartest movies ever created. its audience is definitely directed towards kids, but you can absolutely enjoy it as a adult. i know when i watched it for the first time, there definitelyyy weren’t things i picked up on that i laughed about today. it’s also very educational, and i truly love that about this movie. kids who are going through this stage of life can feel seen and validated, but also learn more about the mechanics of their brain. it’s one of those movies that makes you happy to be you and validate everything you feel.  i genuinely think i could write a whole essay about this movie, no problem.
