La Jetée

Fascinating. Incredibly impressive exposures for each frame, each showing a pinnacle of technical understanding of photographic film. Key frames show clear reference to famous photos, especially of Capa's falling soldier in the end scene. Beautiful story. Understandable and enjoyable character who gets a lot of development for only 30 minutes. Stunning sound track.
