Demolition
Honestly, I think Demolition is going to become my comfort movie, I dont know why it made me feel the way it did. Maybe it was the dialogue or the characters, but fuck man it was so good. The music in this movie was incredible, it was so emotionally driven.
Moreover, the way it was filmed felt like a dream as a person that dissociates a lot, and feels like they are in a dream when they are not Demolition was in a way relatable.
And the friendship between Davis and Chris was so wholesome. It was like a father and son relationship, but on crack.
Demolition, tells a story of grief in a totally diffrent light, not only does Davis wallow in regret and saddness, but he tries to rebuild his life by destroying his old one, which imo is quite moving.
I don't understand why people are hating on this film. You don't have to understand every part to atleast vibe with this movie.
