conflicting doc i fail to understand what the director aims to achieve with this doc. I was terrified for a moment and confused for a another by the absurdity. Def needs a rewatch

certainly a good looking movie. but wasnt fun as the others. also acting way okay. The reveal didnt shook thinks for me ig lol

As a film it does a lot of thing right but also has some narrative issues. But putting aside the narrative issue this movie was a blast. Inde Navarrette should deserve some recognition at the awards this year imo. OMG she carries this movie so much. Michael Johnston was also pretty good. He was too good playing a pathetic character I just hated when he was at the screen lol. Inde Navarrette has to have the best facial expressions changes ever. The horror works but definitely not as much for me. bear is unbearable mannn. I just hated every second of him on the screen and that credit goes to Michael Johnston. Actually happy for Curry Barker.

Absolute breathtaking film. The film was a unreal experience with the combination of pure melancholy and somberness. Personally this film hits hard for me. The expedition that the boys took reminded me of my old memories. The actual story of the film is also breathtaking. It pulls you in as a fun little adventure wanting to make you forget the endpoint is going to be even more devastating. The metal trauma of the characters are extremely well delt. The rawness of the acting in some of the scenes are gut wrenching. Some uncanny shots were also great. This movie made me feel happy, sad, anger, excitement, terrified and much more. Some of the stress inducing set pieces were crazy. The acting was okay. Some had better performances than others and you can see that. The end line "I never had any friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?" feels so real and true.
