Why can’t Sara just have both 💔

This is rated three stars because I do genuinely love weird movies and this was very eerie, I think I was just expecting more, and the entity at the end was very anticlimactic I expected it to be creepier but I found it kind of corny, also many of the scenes were sort of repetitive. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the ending being confusing but I like that aspect of a psychological horror. I genuinely think she was lobotomised or some shit and the way her face was twisted was to signify a loss of self and identity just like how the ‘creatures’ are in the backrooms, she is now just a hazy hollow shell of her former self. Very good movie but also quite slow to get into, probably will not rewatch unless it’s with someone else which is why it’s fairly low even though it was a decent movie. I do recommend though.
