Whiplash

I mean holy shit, the vibe of this movie is incredible and the double entendres at the end was just amazing I love how fletcher and Andrew won and I strongly believe that was a happy ending, sure fletcher is rough but it’s how Andrew became amazing and Andrew smiling at the very end shows he’s also happy. A lot of people make the comment that he lost his identity and his family because he was so immersed in his drumming but I disagree there’s always room for family. A lot of people base their opinion on the ending off the script but I think it’s up to interpretation anyway. Another thing I love about this movie is the obsession factor, it’s shown so perfectly on both Andrew and fletcher, Andrew’s obsession of becoming great and fletchers of making one of the greats. It’s a love hate relationship in my opinion. 100/100
