U.F.O.
I’ve been a fan of the Sadesper album that scores this movie for years, didn’t realize it was an actual OST and now I’m here
Charming despite its budget limitations, the way this movie is shot and styled is all very Fallen Angels-lite but still uniquely its own thing. The main through line of collective loneliness/aimlessness is extremely reminiscent of the anime Welcome to the NHK!, but much less straightforward. It’s fun trying to watch this kind of lost media, but it’s hard to fully take in the movie when it’s super compressed and the subtitles are community sourced (and at times nonexistent)
