Perfect Blue

I have so many questions omfg I went to see the ending explained and even got more confused so i guess its up to interpretation but all I can say is that the plot twists, the plot in general is insanely confusing in such a good way im still trying to process everything that just happened. Some of the scenes regarding very sensible topics were shown in a way too much graphic way to the point it was very difficult to watch through it but it does show how some acting scenes do severe damage to actresses going through them. Well all I know is that Mima is the perfect representation of what the industry and the fans do to women inside of the so called industry, her pop idol self was percieved as nothing but childish and immature but her actress self was seen as nothing but a sex image and slutshamed even by her own circle. And the end??? From my interpretation it was insane
