Sentimental Value

This movie is shot stunningly, and the soundtrack is super pretty and really complements everything. I loved the cuts to black throughout they didn’t feel choppy, just smooth between scenes. You can feel so much emotion even in the quiet moments. Nora’s passion comes through perfectly, and the dialogue felt completely real you could feel exactly what the characters were feeling the whole time. The “being afraid to pray” scene was especially emotional. The ending just crept up on me, and then Cannock Chase started, and my eyes started watering.
