I had some expectations going into this movie as a fan of Kane’s original work and I was not disappointed. In fact, I feel like his vision was expanded on and added some interesting aspects to the previously established lore. I also enjoyed the overall look of the movie, especially the mix with found footage. There are some fantastic shots that really capture the liminality. I’m excited to see more of Kane’s work!
