Obsession

Its good. It clearly has strong ideas and does a lot with them but something just feels missing throughout the whole thing. It might be Bear, I think he’s too shallow a character to be able to really follow through with the message this is trying to send. The acting for him is bad and isn’t helped by the fact he’s replaying two scenes the entire film. Other than that it’s strong, Nikki is incredible and the camera work to show off some of the scares that come from her are amazing. You can really feel the intensity ramping up all the way until the end.
