Rear Window
Hitchcock is truly a master in his craft. I mean, implementing a character that plays music that also serves as the soundtrack, and introducing the main characters name in a way that highlights how he interprets the flatness and boredom he’s experiencing in a lighthearted way that sets the tone for the film? Introducing so many nameless and dialogue-less characters who still manage to develop their own narratives and express their emotions? The cozy, coherent, engaging storyline? Mind-boggling stuff man bravo
